For landlord, letting agent or managed-property requests, information may also include agency, company or landlord billing details, tenant contact details, permission to contact the tenant and access-arrangement notes.

Uploaded photos

Photos are used to help understand the plumbing issue, access, visible pipework, fittings, damage or room layout before attendance. Customers should avoid sending photos that include people, private documents, unrelated personal items or anything not needed to assess the plumbing issue.

New unapproved requests that are denied may be permanently deleted without being retained as CRM customer records. Older uploaded photos and request records may be deleted when no longer needed.

Customer rights
